Returns
We do not accept returns. Our devices are fully tested on the compatible devices list located on our website. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Each device is inspected before shipping. If your device is damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement. We require a photo or video of damages within 24 hours of delivery.

If you are having issues with activating your device and you would like to request a refund or replacement, please contact our team at support@digitalceo.app. 

If you have successfully activated your device and are experiencing issues connecting to a compatible device after you’ve contacted support@digitalceo.app, you may be eligible for a refund.

Once approved for a refund, we will send you an email notifying you that we have refunded your purchase. Your refund will then be processed, and applied to your original method of payment, within 2-4 days.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. 

Shipping

Once order is placed items will ship within 24 hours which excludes weekends and holidays.
